Pastor Robert Young:

Let's begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you can relax and focus on your breathing, Close your eyes and take a deep breath in feeling the presence of God surrounding you. As you continue to breathe deeply, imagine yourself walking on a path surrounded by lush trees and vibrant flowers. Feel the warmth of the sun shining down on you, filling you with the peace and joy of God's creation. Take a moment to reflect on the strength and love that God has for you, as the Bible says in John 3:16; God loved the people of this world so much that he gave his only Son so that everyone who has faith in him will have eternal life and never really die. Remember that you are a beloved child of God and that he is always with you, guiding and protecting you.

Pastor Robert Young:

As you continue on your journey, imagine the gentle hand of God leading you forward. Rest in his plan for you and know that he will never leave you nor forsake you. Take a moment to listen to the whispers of God in your heart. Allow his words to fill you with hope and encouragement. Remember that you are capable of achieving greatness with his help. As you slowly open your eyes, carry this sense of peace and reassurance with you throughout your day. Remember that God is always by your side, ready to strengthen and support you in all that you do. May you continue to walk in the light of his love and grace, knowing that you are never alone. Amen. You.
